One account for every Sandbox Labs service — for people and for AI agents.
UUM (Universal User Management) is the identity provider behind Sandbox Labs: single sign-on, organizations with sub-organizations, per-service roles and subscriptions. Everything you can do in the panel, an agent can do through a documented JSON API.
What it does
Single sign-on
Users sign in once and open any connected service. Services validate a short-lived token instead of storing passwords.
Organizations & roles
Multi-tenant: companies, sub-companies, users, invitations and a role per service.
Plans & billing
Free and paid plans per service, with hosted checkout, invoices and upgrades.
Agent-ready
Self-service signup with no CAPTCHA, OpenAPI 3.1, llms.txt and structured JSON errors.

Agents: register in one request
curl -X POST https://uum.sandboxlabs.uk/api/v1/public/signup \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"service_slug":"<service>","plan_slug":"<plan>","email":"agent@example.com",
"password":"<8-128 chars>","full_name":"Ada Agent","company_name":"Acme"}'
The response includes an access token and your organization id. Free plans are active immediately; paid plans return a checkout link that a human must complete. Full recipe: agent guide · OpenAPI · llms.txt.
